Project support

Contact FakeIt.Chat

Use the public issue tracker for reproducible project feedback, or the maintainer profile when a concern should not be posted publicly.

Bug report

Report a reproducible problem with a route, editor control, renderer, storage, or export.

Feature request

Describe the user problem, expected outcome, and which existing tool or workflow it affects.

Privacy or content safety

Flag repository-owned content, a privacy concern, or a responsible-use issue without posting sensitive details.

Open a GitHub issue

The repository issue tracker is the primary support channel. Search existing issues first, then open a focused report if the problem or request is new.

Public issues are visible to everyone. Never include private messages, personal identifiers, authentication data, unpublished media, or a project export containing sensitive content.

What to include in a bug report

  • The exact route and tool you were using.
  • Your browser, browser version, operating system, and viewport when relevant.
  • Clear steps to reproduce, the expected result, and the actual result.
  • A sanitized screenshot or sample project only when it contains no private information.

Private or sensitive concerns

A private support email or server-backed contact form is not currently published. For a concern that cannot safely be discussed in a public issue, review the contact options on the maintainer's GitHub profile.

For immediate danger or illegal activity, contact the appropriate local emergency service or authority. FakeIt.Chat does not provide emergency response or legal services.
